SOLUTION: This new customer classification supporting device includes: a credit judging part 201 for judging whether or not the credit of a customer is a predetermined value or more; a relevant product introduction judgement part 202 for reading predetermined information from a customer information database 251, and for judging whether or not the relevant product has been already introduced based on the read information; an object product introduction judging part 203 for reading the predetermined information from an order reception information database 252, and for judging whether or not the object product has been already introduced by a customer based on the read information; and a customer list preparation part 204 for distributing customers to at least four categories based on the judgement result of the judging part, and for creating a customer list for every category to which the customers have been distributed.
