Each of a plurality of user units 300, being connected to the administrator unit 200 via the Internet, displays a desired CV video image after receiving it from the administrator unit 200, displays a desired layer in an overlapped manner with the displayed CV video image, and displays by composing the CV tag on a display 300a at a desired position of the CV video image-layer.
