CV TAG VIDEO DISPLAY UNIT HAVING LAYER GENERATION AND SELECTION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a video image such as an actual road and shop in the Internet environment, and allow for pasting an arbitrary tag on the video image and writing information, and setting a plurality of layers to the video image in an identical area. SOLUTION: An administrator unit 200 stores a CV video image having a CV value, indicative of a three-dimensional value of a camera position and a posture at the time of imaging, added to the video image in which an arbitrary target area is imaged, stores a CV tag to be composed and displayed at an arbitrarily specified position in the CV video image, together with predetermined related information, generates the plurality of layers having an identical coordinate system being overlapped on the CV video image, and stores the generated layers in relation to the CV video image. Each of a plurality of user units 300, being connected to the administrator unit 200 via the Internet, displays a desired CV video image after receiving it from the administrator unit 200, displays a desired layer in an overlapped manner with the displayed CV video image, and displays by composing the CV tag on a display 300a at a desired position of the CV video image-layer.
