DATA ARRANGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data arranging device improving access speed by storing a plurality of data used by certain data to an adjoining storage site. SOLUTION: A file rearranging device 21 implements a file connection information creation process (S601) for extracting sets of files to be used beforehand or afterward from a file access history information DB without duplication, a file ranking information creation process (S603) for determining a series of file correlations by sequentially connecting the sets of files to be used beforehand or afterward, an arrangement address information creation process (S605) for determining a relative address when rearranging each file, and a defragmentation process (S607) for actually rearranging the files.
