Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the inertia of a rotor boss influences the responsiveness at a high speed rotating range of 30,000 min-1or higher, being compatible with a variety of polygon mirrors while providing the standardization of polygon mirror scanner motors. SOLUTION: A circular peripheral groove 3a formed on the bottom face of the polygon mirror 3 and a plurality of projected parts 4a formed on a virtual circle which is coaxial with the circular peripheral groove 3a and has a same diameter as that of the circular peripheral groove 3a on the upper face of a rotor frame 4 are faced and engaged to each other, the polygon mirror 3 is fixed to the rotor part by using a pressing spring 5 and a C-ring 6, thus a rotor boss is dispensed with and components are commonly used regardless the inner diameter dimension of the polygon mirror 3. Further, the inertia of the rotor boss is reduced and the high speed responsiveness of the motor is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
