DEVICE FOR INSPECTING FILLED AMOUNT AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filled amount inspection device for inspecting the amounts of a processed product filling containers in the middle of their conveyance in a short time and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The filled amount inspection device 10 weighs tapered containers 116 after being filled up, when the containers 116 to be conveyed intermittently by a conveyor stop. The inspection device 10 is provided with holder plates 12 having a plurality of openings for holding the tapering parts 116a of the containers 116 in the cross direction of the transfer conveyor, weighing means 16 which are installed for openings individually at intervals below the position of filling stops of the holder plates 12 on a more downstream side than a filling area of the transfer conveyor to weigh the containers, and moving up/down means 14 whose upper parts are mounted with the weighing means 16, and which push up via the weighing means 16 in a perpendicular direction the bases of the filled containers supported with the holder plates 12, to separate their tapering parts from the openings.
