Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a cooling speed in a cargo chamber by increasing heat exchange capacity, in a cold insulation vehicle or a cold insulation box carrying out cold insulation of a cargo chamber internal atmosphere by a latent heat cold storage agent. SOLUTION: The latent heat cold storage agent d comprising ice slurry manufactured by a refrigerator and an icemaker 1 provided in a body of the cold insulation vehicle 5 or on the ground, is filled in a latent heat cold storage agent tank 91 provided in the cold insulation vehicle or the cold insulation box, or a cooling panel 21 provided in an interior of the cargo chamber 20 of the cold insulation vehicle or the cold insulation box. Low temperature liquid in the latent heat cold storage agent is circulated from the latent heat cold storage agent tank or the cooling panel to a heat exchange part 36 provided in the interior of the cargo chamber, and forced convection passing through the heat exchange part is caused in the cargo chamber internal atmosphere to cool the cargo chamber internal atmosphere by the low temperature liquid. By this, the cooling capacity by the latent heat cold storage agent is improved, and rapid cooling of the cargo chamber internal atmosphere and cold insulation capacity at a lower temperature are made possible.
