Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a homogeneous extruded material free from any defect of surface property over the total length of the extruded material. SOLUTION: The temperature of a billet, in particular, a front end thereof is measured immediately before the billet is charged in a container. The measured value of the temperature is compared with the preset adequate extrusion temperature range.
