Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of the whole of a fuel cell stack, to improve a waterproof property and a dust-proof property, and to dilute and discharge a reaction gas to the outside well. SOLUTION: This fuel cell stack 10 is provided with a layered product 12 formed by stacking a plurality of unit cells 16 on one another, and the layered product 12 is arranged between insulating plates 20a and 20b. The fuel cell stack 10 is provided with a pipe-like cover member 50 covering the layered product 12, and circulating a range sandwiched between the insulating plates 20a and 20b, and the pipe-like member 50 is provided with a gas-permeable membrane impermeable to liquid, and having permeability to gas.
