Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resolution in the depth direction by arranging more strain gauges in the depth direction, when detecting displacement inside a measuring object by burying the strain gauges into the measuring object. SOLUTION: In this flexible wiring board 10 with strain gauges, a plurality of pairs of strain gauges 20 pairing each other are arranged on positions corresponding to the surface and the back of the flexible wiring board 30 extending in the longitudinal direction. The flexible wiring board 30 has laminated structure wherein a metal thin plate 32, a protection layer 34, a plastic film 36, and patterned conductive wires 38 are arranged from the center side toward the outside. As for the conductive wires 38, the same number of wires as the total number of terminals of all the strain gauges 20 is provided separately respectively. Each strain gauge 20 is arranged on the conductive wire 38 with the facing insulating film surface. The terminal 24 of each strain gauge 20 is connected to a corresponding conductive wire 38 with a lead wire 42. A protection film 40 is provided on the outermost side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
