Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design/screening method of a medicine for controlling metabolism, multiplication or infection of microbes through FFRP, by clarifying the detail of interaction between FFRP and a ligand by determining a three-dimensional structure of a complex of FFRP and a plurality of ligands having each different effect to its association with a high resolution and a high degree of precision, and by comparing and analyzing both structures. SOLUTION: A ligand design/screening method of FFRP has characteristics wherein, in a target FFRP sequence having 30% or more of homology with FFRP DM1 amino acid sequence shown in the sequence No.1, amino acid residues on positions equivalent to one or two or more selected from the positions of 15, 33, 35, 39, 56, 57, 61, 69, 70, 71, 75 in the FFRP DM1 amino acid sequence are specified, and a ligand candidate of the target FFRP is determined based on three-dimensional structure information of the amino acid residues or on interaction between the amino acid residues and a candidate material. A design/screening method of the medicine for controlling at least one or more selected from metabolism, multiplication and infection of microbes utilizing the method is also provided.
