BATHROOM VENTILATION DEVICE AND BATHROOM VENTILATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom ventilation device determining a using state of a bathroom to carry out ventilation operation. SOLUTION: A bathroom air-conditioning device 1A is provided with a humidity detecting sensor 4A on an operation part 2A installed in a washing/dressing room 52 adjacent to the bathroom 51, and an after bathe ventilation operation mode is carried out to carry out ventilation of the bathroom 51 in response to the humidity of the washing/dressing room 52. In the after bathe ventilation operation mode, it is judged that a bather has opened a bathroom door 51a, left the bathroom 51, finished a bathe when a control part 3A detects rising of the humidity of the washing/dressing room 52 by the humidity detecting sensor 4A, and ventilation operation of the bathroom ventilation device 1A is started. When the ventilation operation is started in the after bathe ventilation operation mode, the ventilation operation is stopped in response to dropping of the humidity of the washing/dressing room 52, passage of time, or the like.
