ENTRANCE/LEAVING CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/leaving control system which can strengthen security. SOLUTION: The entrance/leaving control system is provided with an entrance/leaving control device 3 and a data control device 5. The entrance/leaving control device 3 having an electric lock and a card reader makes the unlocking/locking decision of the electric lock and restricts entrance into a room by identifying data of an IC card which has been read by the card reader. Then the data control device 5, which is connected to the entrance/leaving control device 3 over a communications circuit, at least stores and controls go/no-go information on the unlocking and locking of the electric lock with respect to the identifying data which has been read by the card reader. Then a reading-order memory unit 21 which stores the reading order of the card reader is provided to the data control device 5. When the card reader of the entrance/leaving control device 3 has read the identifying data in the reading order which is stored in the reading-order memory unit 21, an unlocking signal is outputted to the electric lock.
