Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a life of a built-in battery, to allow a tamper resisting portion to certainly carry out tamper resisting action, and to allow a communicating portion to certainly carry out communication action without limiting a communicable period. SOLUTION: In the electric wave module 1, the tamper resisting portion 18 always acts by selectively switching either one of the output power from the built-in battery 7 and the output power from an outside power supplying portion 8 as action electric power, and stops the power supply from the built-in battery 7 when acting by using the output power from the outside power supplying portion 8 as the action electric power. A wake-up portion 19 intermittently acts when acting by using the output power from the built-in battery 7 as the action electric power, and always acts when acting by using the output power from the outside power supplying portion 8 as the action electric power.
