Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handled bicycle assistant loop useful for umbrella-putting up safety traveling and comfortable attitude traveling. SOLUTION: An annular body engaged with a handle or a frame can be engaged by an engagement unit, while varying a position and an angle. By putting the hand to the assistant loop, traveling of one hand-operation of the bicycle, in particular, traveling of the umbrella-putting up operation is stabilized by preventing tottering at getting on/off and left and right-turning. The umbrella can freely respond to a direction of rain and danger flapped by wind is also reduced.
