Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a minor change in tension force at a tether used in a space structure such as a solar cell panel. SOLUTION: A tension adjusting device (7) is provided with tension applying members (17 to 19) having a minute variation absorbing part (17) that is resiliently deformable to absorb a minute variation of a tether (T) and applying tension to the tether (T) arranged at a space structure (1) with a predetermined minute tension, and a position adjusting member (12) for adjusting positions of the tension applying members (17 to 19).
