Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered sheet for landing tapes capable of engaging a hook material with a light force and stably retaining its engagement state; and a disposable diaper. SOLUTION: The multilayered sheet 60 for the landing tape for detachably engaging the hook material of a hook-and-loop fastener is provided with an upper layer 62 for engaging the hook material and a lower layer 63 partially joined with the upper layer 62, wherein a clearance 66 is formed between the upper/lower layers in a part other than the joint part 64 between the upper layer 62 and the lower layer 63, and the upper layer 62 is formed of an elastic nonwoven fabric.
