Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a stator of a motor including a method for accurately processing a thin sheet having a tapered shape at its end in a short time. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the stator of the motor comprises: a stator core 30 having a plurality of recessed slots at its internal periphery; laminated conductors 10 composed of a plurality of the laminated thin sheets 11; and connecting conductors 20 formed of a plurality of laminated connecting thin sheets 21 for connecting ends of the laminated conductor 10 and the other laminated conductor 10 to each other. Also in the manufacturing method for the stator of the motor, the motor is formed by connecting the end connecting conductors 20 to the laminated conductors 10 in a state that the laminated conductors 10 are inserted into the slots of the stator core 30. The thin sheet 11 has the tapered shape at its end which is thinned toward a tip, and is cut from a continuous flat enamel wire 18 into a prescribed length. When forming the end of the thin sheet 11 into the tapered shape, the flat enamel wire 18 is constrained by using a constraining mold for selectively exposing a part to be cut, and the part exposed from the constraining mold is cut.
