DATA STORAGE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage device for accurately synchronizing a trigger signal with the timing of storing converted digital data in a memory without increasing a circuit scale or complicating processing. SOLUTION: This data storage device E is provided with: an A/D converter 1 which operates with oversampling; a memory 2 for storing digital data converted from an analog signal by the A/D converter 1; a timing control circuit 3 for controlling the timing to store the digital data for a predetermined period in the memory 2 synchronously with a trigger signal in which a conversion delay time by the A/D converter 1 is properly set; a buffer memory 5 for storing the oversampled digital data for a fixed period; and a decimation filter 6 for reading the digital data only an arithmetic delay time before from the buffer memory 5, and for converting it into a predetermined rate based on the trigger signal.
