Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency-stabilized light source by which wavelength stabilization can be performed from several existing saturated absorption lines to a desired one absorption line. SOLUTION: A first signal processing means 8a receives a primary synchronous detection output value which is a primary component of the output of a differential amplifier 31 subjected to synchronous detection by a one-time wave of a modulated signal generator 2 and outputted by a primary synchronous detection means 6b and forms a feedback loop to a laser controller when the output value is 0. A second signal processing means 8b, after formation of the feedback loop, receives a tertiary synchronous detection output value which is a tertiary component of the output of the differential amplifier 31 subjected to synchronous detection by a three-time wave of the modulated signal generator 2 and outputted by a tertiary synchronous detection means and detects that the tertiary synchronous output value matches one of predetermined several values and thus determines to which absorption line of several specific wavelengths a wavelength outputted by laser light corresponds.
