SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR ANALYZING POWER-SOURCE VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze power-source voltage fluctuation of a semiconductor integrated circuit in a short time in a printed wiring board on which the semiconductor integrated circuit and other components are mounted. SOLUTION: A board equivalent circuit model creating means 13 creates a board equivalent circuit model based on the layout information and component database of the printed wiring board. An LSI equivalent circuit model creating means 14 creates an LSI equivalent circuit model based on LSI design information and LSI database. A waveform dispersion processing means 19 changes the description of the LSI equivalent circuit model based on the delay information. An arithmetic means 15 calculates a power-source voltage fluctuation value of the power-source supply system circuit based on the created board equivalent circuit model and the changed LSI equivalent circuit model. A power-source supply system circuit stabilizing operation recognizing means 17 determines whether the power-source supply system circuit operates stably based on the power-source voltage fluctuation value and a voltage drop allowance.
