TRANSMISSION NOTIFICATION PROGRAM AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission notification program for surely notifying a manufacturer who manufactures products of communication items, and to provide a quality improvement system that uses the program. SOLUTION: This transmission notification program is provided to make a computer function as an operator information storage means; an operator authentication means; a transmission item storage means; a transmission item registration means and a transmission item notification means. The operator authentication means instructs the terminal to transmit the operator information and receives the transmitted operator information; and when the received operator information is matched with operator information stored in the operator information storage means, transmits the operator information to the transmission item notification means, and the transmission item notification means acquires the transmission item information, including operator identifier information from the transmission item storage means, and transmits the transmission item information, included in the transmission item information to the terminal for display; and then makes the terminal perform processing for acquiring the consent input of the content confirmation of the transmission item information.
