SOLUTION: The skin cleanser comprises (A) an anionic surfactant, (B) a higher fatty acid and/or a higher alcohol and (C) (c1) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether represented by general formula (1): R1-O-(CH2CH2O)m-H (wherein, R1is a 8-20C branched alkyl group; m is an average addition molar number of ethylene oxide of 10-20) and/or (c2) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester containing a 8-20C fatty acid residue and having an average addition molar number of 1-30.
