Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature rise of an operating fluid for driving a refuse loading device. SOLUTION: This refuse collecting vehicle comprises a temperature sensor 15 detecting the temperature of the operating fluid, and a cooling device (a cooling fan 13) for cooling the operating fluid, and performs control for cooling the operating fluid by driving the cooling device when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is a predetermined value or higher. The output of the cooling device (the cooling fan 13) is changed according to the detected temperature.
