SEAT BELT CONTROL DEVICE OF VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt control device of a vehicle for enabling a driver to easily recognize non-wearing of a seat belt, without hindering concentration on driving operation. SOLUTION: This seat belt control device has a seat belt wearing detecting means 1 for enabling an occupant seated on a seat of a vehicle to detect the wearing of the seat belt, a warning means 2 warning the non-wearing of the seat belt to the occupant, a timer means 3 measuring elapsed time after an ignition switch of the vehicle is put in an ON state, a warning control means 4 operating the warning means 2 when the elapsed time is within predetermine time when the seat belt in not worn, and a stopping detecting means 5 detecting stopping of the vehicle.
