PERFECTNESS TESTING AUTOMATIC MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF MEMBRANE TYPE VIRUS REMOVING FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the advance teaching of a worker in the perfectness test of a membrane type virus removing filter, to eliminate failure to achieve the reduction of labor while continuously performing the test and to simply perform the washing of a flow cell. SOLUTION: The perfectness testing automatic measuring instrument of the membrane type virus removing filter is constituted so as to use gold colloid as virus substituted particles to filter a gold colloid solution by the membrane type virus removing filter having raw liquid inlet and outlet parts and a filtrate outlet and measures the absorbances of the gold colloid solution before and after water is filtered to evaluate the virus removing capacity of the membrane type virus removing filter. This instrument has a spectrophotometer equipped with the flaw cell and the inlet of the flow cell is connected to the filtrate outlet of the membrane type virus removing filter by piping while waste liquid piping is connected to the outlet of the flow cell and a pressure throttle valve is provided to the waste liquid piping of the flow cell so that the liquid surface of the filtrate in the membrane type virus removing filter becomes higher than the outlet of the filtrate.
