Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a new gene from the leukocytes of IgA nephropathic patients, and to provide a diagnostic agent and a curative agent for IgA nephropathy each containing an oligonucleotide based on the base sequence of DNA. SOLUTION: The total RNA is obtained from the respective leukocytes of nephropathic patients and the able-bodied, and an analysis using a differential display method is conducted. Further, by confirming a gene making a high-level expression in IgA nephropathic patient-derived leukocytes by RT-PCR, obtaining a new protein and making an antibody to the protein, a diagnostic method for IgA nephropathy is developed.
