SOLUTION: The protein supplemental food which is in liquid form and has excellent palatability while containing ≥20 wt.% of protein consisting mainly of peptide, is obtained by adding erythritol and thaumatin to collagen peptide, peptide other than the collagen peptide, and amino acid to have pH 6.5 or more.
