MESSAGE DISPLAY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical arrangement system with respect to a message display system for realizing easy utilization of voice information about disaster. SOLUTION: If a message of inquiries, such as safety inquiry, is registered to a disaster message telephone dialling center from a house telephony or a cellular phone at the time of disaster, a message capture system dials the disaster message telephone dialling center periodically, and the registration message will be recorded if the person of inquiry registers the message of safety and the like. The captured message is analyzed by a message analytic system and changed into text data and displayed on management screen. The display data and recorded voice are reproduced and the condition of the person of inquiries, such as safety inquiry, is registered to a management screen, and the message capture system dials until the record registration message of the person of the inquiry is recorded in the message display system.
