Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a T-shaped component of an electrode having an outside diameter not smaller than 1.7 mm for a long-life cold-cathode fluorescent lamp by using a pure molybdenum material in which the arrangement, shape and size of a crystalline structure are controlled in a balanced manner, and having objective ductility and bending strength. SOLUTION: A recrystallization treatment is applied to a pure molybdenum wire, and thereafter extracted from a heat treatment furnace without forming it into a coil shape in order to prevent the embrittled molybdenum wire from being broken. The wire recovered in ductility by carrying out wire drawing in a range of 5-20% of reduction of area at the same time, and processed by setting total reduction of area to 60-80% after the recrystallization treatment is used for processing this T-shaped component 1.
