PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board suitable for optical pickups and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A non-conductive operation substrate medium (601) with at least two spiral coils (611, 612) arranged thereon for generating a first magnetic field, which interacts with a second magnetic field for moving a mobile component (1), wherein the first and second spiral coils (611, 612) are fixed on a first surface (602) of the actor substrate and are interleaved with each other, and wherein the first and second spiral coils are arranged around a first point on the first surface in such a way that, when a first and a second current signals are introduced into the first and second spiral coils, respectively, the mobile component moves in a direction on substantially the same surface as the first surface of the actor substrate.
