SOLUTION: A module is recorded in 4×1+1=5 dots when module width = number of beams ×N+1 when N=1 since the number of beams is four beams by way of an example in a drawing. As shown by the drawing, no variation occurs in bar width A and B and space width a and b in either of the drawings 4(a) or (b) in which an order of used beams is different.
