Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor system capable of acquiring both a wide dynamic range and high sensitivity, in detection of a physical quantity. SOLUTION: A nonlinear signal processing circuit section 200 is provided for inputting, and processing, a signal having a level according to a physical quantity from a sensor unit 100 which detects the physical quantity and outputs the signal. The nonlinear signal processing circuit section includes a logarithmic converter 210 for performing logarithmic conversion of the signal input from the sensor unit 100, an A/D converter 220 for digitalizing the signal obtained by performing the logarithmic conversion by the logarithmic converter 210, and an inverse logarithmic converter 232 for performing inverse logarithmic conversion of the signal digitalized by the A/D converter 220.
