Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase degree of freedom in layout without increasing oil suction resistance by preventing an oil suction passage from being restricted by a threaded hole boss part for housing fastening bolt provided on a bearing wall part in a balancer device for an engine forming a strainer mounting part at a housing bottom part of a balancer unit with overlapping the bearing wall part by arranging the balancer unit in an oil pan and arranging an oil pump unit with connecting to the balancer unit. SOLUTION: The threaded holes of the threaded hole boss parts 32, 33 for housing fastening bolts which is provided on the bearing wall part 22 of a lower housing 15, on which the strainer mounting part 23 overlaps in a plane view and on which the oil suction passage 27 overlaps, are formed as through holes, and the housing fastening bolts are fastened from an upper housing side.
