Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing wall capable of promoting attenuation of sound wave by efficiently arresting the sound wave and hardly returning the arrested sound wave to the outside. SOLUTION: A first reflective plate 3 for reflecting the sound wave W from a noise source S in one direction and a second reflective plate 4 for reflecting the sound wave W reflected on the first reflective plate 3 toward the inside of a body casing 1 are installed in the opening 1a of the body casing 1 opened toward the noise source S. A muffling chamber 1b having a sound absorbing member 2 is formed in the body casing 1.
