Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin composition excellent in dispersibility, storage stability, strength of a formed coating film, and physical properties of the waterproof coating film. SOLUTION: The aqueous resin composition is produced by performing a reaction of a mixture of (A) a prepolymer, that is obtained by the reaction of (p) an isocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups in one molecule with (q) an active hydrogen group-containing compound at the ratio of isocyanate group/active hydrogen group of 1.01-3.00, (B) a silicon compound containing polyalkylene oxide chain, (C) a prepolymer dispersion containing water, and (D) a chain extender.
