ASSEMBLING DEVICE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device and an assembling method which allow temporary holding work of a cockpit module without moving the cockpit module vertically and realize the reduction in the burden of assembly work and the enhancement of workability. SOLUTION: An assembling device 1 is provided with a stationary bracket 20 mounted in a side part of a cockpit module and a movable bracket 30 forming a guide space 35 for guiding a holding projection provided to a vehicle body together with the stationary bracket 20. A vehicle rear side end 31 of the movable bracket 30 is mounted turnably with respect to the stationary bracket 20. A guide space side edge of the movable bracket 30 includes a projecting part 36 abutting on a guide space 35 side edge of the stationary bracket 20.
