Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle improved in working efficiency by improving the operability of a PTO shift lever. SOLUTION: An engaging member 56 is fitted into a guide groove 61a formed near the center of an arm 61 linked with a normal rotation side link member 57c, and into a guide groove 62a formed near the center of a guide plate 62. An arm 60 linked with a reverse rotation side link member 57b has a slotted part 60b opened at the upper end. Only when a PTO shaft 26 is reversely rotated by the operation of the PTO shift lever 20, the engaging member 56 is fitted into the slotted part 60b, and only when the PTO shift lever 20 is put in the neutral position, the PTO shift lever 20 is vertically turnable.
