FILTER MEDIUM, DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE FILTRATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, and economically desirable filter medium which enables a pleating process, and keeps a rigidity and a functionality when being used for a high-temperature filtration. SOLUTION: The filter medium for a high-temperature filer operation includes many polymer fabrics, at the same time, includes a nonwoven fabric substrate having a physical structure, at least a part of many polymer fabrics containing a base polymer, and at least a part of many polymer fabrics containing a second polymer. The base polymer and/or the second polymer bonds mutually with at least a part of the polymer fabrics, and the nonwoven fabric substrate can hold the physical structure at the filtration temperatures exceeding 135°C.
