Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a seat cover to a seat pad while securing the attachability and detachability of the seat cover and the followability to a seat pad surface. SOLUTION: The seat pad 30 is formed with stretching recession where through-holes 34a, 34b penetrating the seat pad 30 to the rear surface are partially formed. The seat cover 40 has a bag shape. String shape members 50 for attaching the seat cover 40 to the seat pad 40 by stringing are arranged in an opening part of the bag. The seat cover 40 includes a stretching part where lock parts 47a, 47b are formed by being inserted through the through-holes 34a, 34b of the seat pad 30 and locking the string shape members 50 at the end parts, is formed at a position corresponding to the stretching recession of the seat pad 30. The lock parts 47a, 47b put-through the through-holes 34a, 34b of the seat pad 30 are locked to the string shape members 50 in a state where the string shape members 50 are drawn when attached by drawing.
