Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new vaccination strategy based on a prime-boost-additional boost vaccination program. SOLUTION: An improved pattern of additionally boosting an immune response in a patient previously primed or exposed to a large number of epitopes is determined. The improved method requires the epitopes in the additional boosting phase to be individually administered, i.e., held on separate peptide constructs. The invention relates to the material and the method for improving the vaccination strategy, though inexclusive, "the prime-boost-additional boost" vaccination strategy protocol in which the immune system is induced with a prime-boost composition and additionally boosted by administering an additional boost composition, and a novel tetramer soluble class I MHC/peptide complex.
