Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid data collisions that occur at communication among terminals, and to improve the throughput. SOLUTION: An adjacent information detection part 24 of a wireless communication apparatus 200 scans a plurality of frequency channels by a first radio communication I/F22, to detect as the adjacent information adjacent nodes and a frequency channel which is being used by the adjacent node. A route search part 25 acquires adjacent information, detected in a radio terminal that is a detected adjacent node from the radio terminal. The route search part 25 creates a route table 28, by searching a route to a destination radio terminal based on the acquired adjacent information, and a frequency selecting part 26 selects any one of the frequency channel from among the frequency channels, based on the communication quality of a frequency channel used in an adjacent wireless communication apparatus in the route of the route table 28. A transmission control part 27 transmits information data instructs a destination to the radio terminal that serves as the adjacent node, by using the frequency channel selected by the second radio communication I/F23.
