Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor capable of surely determining whether or not a payout base is set. SOLUTION: The coin processor is provided with the payout base 4 in a freely slidable way toward the front of a main body, an engagement projection part 55 provided deflectably in the payout base 4, wherein a housed coin is guided to a payout base 4, an engaging part 62 formed at a coin processor main body side to lock and fix the payout base 4 to a mounting position of the coin processor main body by being engaged with the engagement projection part 55, and a guide part 61 for guiding the engagement projection part 55 up to the engagement part 62 while deflecting the engagement projection part 55 while the engagement projection part 55 is brought into contact with a slope 61a formed on the coin processor main body side. Predetermined flexibility acting on the payout base 4 in a leaving direction is applied to the engagement projection part 55 when the payout base 4 is slid toward a housing part side.
