MULTIPLE GAMMA DRIVING METHOD OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the multiple gamma driving method of a liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: The multiple gamma driving method of a liquid crystal display panel comprises following steps: a step (1) of promoting screen frequency p/q times to produce a series of output screens; a step (2) of converting the series of output screens by correspondence of gray scale values to cause such a correspondence conversion to provide different gamma values in accordance with different output screens; and a step (3) of scanning and outputting the series of output screens subjected to the gray-scale value correspondence conversion processing on a liquid crystal panel while converting the gray scale value after pixel conversion to a corresponding applied voltage on the basis of an appropriate gamma calibration curve, according to a proper scanning method. The multiple gamma driving methods are used in the series of output screens after the promotion of screen frequency in turn by using two kinds of gray-scale value correspondence curves and, moreover, the gray-scale value curves on two output screens adjacent to each other has a relation of equality or non-equality to each other.
