Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of detection performance as a whole system by preventing another radar from detecting a tracking target in charge of some radar. SOLUTION: It is determined whether an already-tracked target passes a detection coverage of each radar or not by an establishment exclusion information extraction part 24, and only when passing the detection coverage, establishment exclusion information is generated and reported to a radar forming the detection coverage. Hereby, in establishment processing of a tracking track of a tracking processing part 14 of the corresponding radar, establishment is not realized relative to a track correlated with the reported establishment exclusion information.
