Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of a fluid control valve by solving a problem with a conventional fluid control valve wherein an excessive fluid force acts on the spring for opening and closing the control valve. SOLUTION: This fluid control valve 1 comprises a valve seat 2 in which an outflow hole 2a is formed to flow out a working fluid to the reservoir 13 side, a valve element 3 sitting on the valve seat 2 to close the outflow hole 2a, a spring 4 installed between the valve element 3 and the valve seat 2 for biasing the valve element 3 in the direction X2 that the valve element 3 is separated from the valve seat 2, and a generally cylindrical housing 5 in which a spring chamber 5a for storing the spring 4 and the valve element 3 is formed and having an inflow hole 5c formed for flowing the working fluid into the spring chamber 5a from the hydraulic system 11 side. The valve seat 2, the valve element 3, and the spring 4 are arranged generally coaxially to each other. The inflow hole 5c is so formed that the inflow direction P of the working fluid from the inflow hole 5c into the spring chamber 5a is offset from and generally perpendicular to the axis L.
