Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve for a variable displacement compressor, discouraging unintended closing of a high-pressure valve part due to increase in discharge pressure, and increase of an angle of a swash plate, and improving startability. SOLUTION: This control valve 1 is configured that the closer to one end is a high-pressure-side valve body 7a placed by a solenoid 10, the greater the degree of communication of a high-pressure valve section 7 is and the less a discharge flow path 4 side pressure acting on the high-pressure-side valve body 7a is. The control valve is also configured that the closer to the other end is a low-pressure-side valve body 9a placed by the solenoid 10, the greater the degree of communication of a low-pressure valve section 9 is, and that the high-pressure-side valve body 7a and low-pressure-side valve body 9a are separated when the low-pressure-side valve body 9a is placed on the other side by the solenoid 10.
