Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion type second hair-dyeing agent composition which have temporal viscosity stability. SOLUTION: This emulsion type second hair-dyeing agent composition for being mixed with the first hair-dyeing agent composition containing a dye intermediate to obtain an oxidation type hair dye is characterized by containing hydrogen peroxide, amphoteric surfactant and a higher alcohol.
