BOARDING DEVICE FOR AIRPLANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out prompt and smooth boarding work to a small-sized or a middle-sized airplane. SOLUTION: The boarding device 1 for the airplane comprises: a traveling section 2; a main body frame 3; a car chamber 4; a car chamber lifting section 5; a bridge floor operating section 6 automatically extending and storing a bridge floor 4B; a steering handle 7; a first operating section 8 provided at the steering handle 7, and for operating automatic forward/backward traveling of the traveling section 2 and automatic lifting of the car chamber lifting section 5 in a normal operation mode; a second operating section 9 provided on a front side in a traveling direction, and operating the automatic forward/backward traveling of the traveling section 2 and the automatic lifting of the car chamber lifting section 5 in a very-slow operation mode and operating the action of the bridge floor operating psection 6; and an operation mode selecting section 10 selecting the either one of the operation by the first operating section 8 or the operation of the second operating section 9.
