VEHICULAR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioning system preventing the seizure of a compressor while ensuring cooling performance to a certain extent, with a simple structure, even when the temperature of the compressor or the temperature of refrigerant compressed by the compressor exceeds a threshold value. SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioning system comprises: an inside/outside air switching damper 66 disposed near an inside air inlet 46a and an outside air inlet 46b of an air conditioning unit housing 42, having an inside air circulating position opening the inside air inlet 46a and closing the outside air inlet 46b and an outside air introducing position closing the inside air inlet 46a and opening the outside air inlet 46b; a temperature sensor 82 detecting either one of the temperature of the compressor or the temperature of the refrigerant compressed by the compressor; and a control device 76 positioning the inside/outside air switching damper 66 at the inside air circulating position when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 82 exceeds the threshold value.
